My Promise to You Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes, different pricing. One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work, a lot of work. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector's own effort. My inspection will take the better part of half a day (3 hours or more), I inspect over 400 areas of concern. My reports provide details, recommendations, color photos and reference material. You will receive your Alltech Report on the day of the inspection and I will load your report to a secure website so that you may share the findings with anyone you choose.
